Its terrible! Reports have been going that 106 have eaten contaminated chocolate cakes from PrimaDeli. Sources have also said its a bacteria that has manifested itself, thus leading to 6 persons being hospitalised. Thank God no one died! It must be a PR nightmare to be handling this now and at the rate Prima is going, they ought to conduct a Press Conference and let the public know the next step they are taking and whether it could be a sabotage? Or are they firing the guy which started it all?
They ought to be accountable to the Public. It concerns their health and if nothing is said and done, in the long run, it will affect their brand name... unless they change brand name lah. Bleh... do not think that LC will allow them to change that. (LC is the GM there)
If they cannot handle the flak, hire a proper PR agency to do Crisis Management esp. if area of expertise is not there. This sort of money cannot save one, irritating!
I wish to see the look of "Buffalo's" (Buffalo refers to my Ex-boss)face man! Now to re-plan my Xmas Parties..... cos it did involve Prima to some extend. Sianz..
