Delivering Customer Service Excellence

So I disappeared for 2 days
from the usual "work" routine
&
Daniel was worried when
I did not call him at the usual hour.
I went for a
"Delivering Customer Service Excellence" program
brought about by my company
by SQ training center
the trainer was Michelle Phang,
funny lady, full of vivid imagination,
never a dull moment, expressive, overall...
I enjoyed myself &
am proud to be a SA Tours team member
got to know some of my other colleagues better!!!
And thanked one of them too!
We had sort of a Poster Design Activity...
to draw something to represent SA Tours
what we sell, who we are...
My Group had the Best Poster overall:
Ta-Da!!!
SA stands for Service Achiever!! Another group's Poster below of hoping SA will someday fly passengers to the Moon & beyond Yet Another One, the pictures say it all... food, shopping, sights, history, culture & more... SA Tours, we give you wings to fly??? lolz... Below a Poster depicting where SA Tours will go all out to LOVE our customers and make their dreams come true
Then the next day....
we had to Build Castles...
Not in the Air nor by the Beach
rather, in the conference room

Being typical Singaporeans that morning
we "Chong-ed" to the conference room
got as many materials as possible
and started working on the castle,
the requirements include:
1 Flag (Checked)
1 Draw Bridge (Checked)
20 Open Windows (Checked)
4 Standing Towers (Checked)
in 20 mins
(No one could do it in 20mins lar)
