Now I know what
has been happening to me
over the last 3 weeks.
Since the onset of some annoucement
within my company around
3 weeks back
I have not been able to sleep early
my heart beats gets all crazed
palpitations take place randomly
I had 2 "heart pull" incidences already

even thou I have been exercising
ITS THE Nerves coupled with worries
but since Sunday
after worship
THINGS ARE
LOOKING BRIGHT AGAIN!
Thank God!
Its all God dependence now.
