Taste Paradise is truly an expectional experience, I am blessed once more. Now to go running, understand next week I have more premium Chinese cuisine to dig into... GOD IS SO WONDERFUL to me. Its a blessing to be able to eat great stuff and be in the pink of health!

Italian Cuisine - Mama LuciA @ Robertson Quay

Daniel ordered a Tortilla Pasta (hope I got the spelling right), so cute, he found it salty, I utterly loved it too... 4/5 stars. Portion a tad too little for a guy I feel...

Lobster Pasta anyone? The pasta is hand made (with love) - I loved it! Oh man..... 4.8/5 stars? Is this grading allowed? Its really one of the better ones I have had. Only problem was, the lobsters were so small! ARGH..

I have had a love affair with Italian Pasta for the longest time, I thoroughly enjoy it and will plead, beg and do a lot just for that plate of pasta (its true!) And my sugar pie brought me to dine at the very quaint Italian outlet (Mama Luci A) with al fresco surroundings and posh cars surrounding us! Enjoy the food pictures... as much as I loved the PASTA! Oh my....

OMG OMG Omg omg!!!! Goodness..... I Thank God and cannot stop thanking (PRAISE GOD) for allowing me to try Sam Leong's cooking, I had a lunch with some business partners and Viola!

They arranged for Chef Sam Leong to cook for us at Tung Lok Signatures (@ Clarke Quay CENTRAL MALL)

and I feel so fortunate that a wonderful lunch was awaiting me, but in my haste and orgasmic heaven of the palates.... I forgot to take photos of all the food till the last dish - Dessert (very sorry y'all) but I salute him, he cooks SUPER WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Like.

Lots of Food... where do I begin??? Jalan Membina Pasta

Let's just start with the Tasty Delight & Delicious Western Food stall at New Kopitiam at Jalan Membina.... Its near Tiong Bahru MRT so Rachel & Lydia can head there for makan often! Esp. Mad Monkey.... heheheheheeee

the Brownie with Ice Cream is TO DIE FOR!!! Gets a 4.5 / 5 stars from me... melts in your mouth, warm chocolate with COLD ice cream is a lethal combination! Oh so VERY GOOD!

Then below is the Fish & Chips, the portion is generous esp. if you are hungry, gets a 3.5/5 stars from me.... but worth the less than $7 amount!!!!!
Lastly, my favorite (this stall ought to give me free food for me reviewing them) Seafood Pasta, fresh juicy prawns with fish, calamari & clams... 4.5/5 from me! Worth the price!

Justin Timberlake is utterly smokin' HOT!!!!!!!! But I rather he shave, recently seen the <4mins> MTV starring Madonna and JT but he still rocks! Go JUSTIN..... Woohooo! Awesome!!!!

Oh yeah.... there's Ashton Kutcher as well. But Justin is smokin'! *Bleh* AND HE SINGS..... he can actually sing rather well!

I am so happy..... someone (a supplier) called to just commend me... saying they are so glad to be working side by side with me, cos I am a plucky person.

Plucky means courage, a spirit within oneself that will be willing to take on challenges and have the right attitude to go into the challenge head-on.

I never knew of this word till today and better yet, never knew people who work with me admire my work skills and attitude - THANK GOD! I am walking the talk... Walking tall and with our Father's blessings shining on my path.

Am so happy that I am totally feeling so much better already.... you know, I suppose some people have been praying for me thus I recovered so quickly, God is indeed good to me!

Am touched, my honey bun actually offered to enter the ERP zone (so rare cos he is Mr Spend Money Wisely) to fetch me as I was as sick as a puppy...

I went to bed at 8pm last night! Woooot! Earliest ever.

Woke up feeling refreshed this morning. Anyways, am heading home to rest some more tonight. And the weekend is coming!!! So HAPPY!

Today... what a Day!

One of my very chic colleagues have stumbled upon this website of mine.... gasps! Hahhaahaa...lolz... anyways, I got nothing much, so enjoy reading J!

Today I will be interviewed by program Ch8 and my eyes are still swelling quite a bit so am wearing glasses - which is crap! I mean, I look like some professor or something, way too serious for my own liking.

I rather come across as friendly than serious.... which I am by nature, anyways. Oh well....

Am so happy that my bosses loved the exposure we got due to the earthquake, not meaning to sound like I am taking advantage of the situation but, we ought to garner the right amount of publicity for all the GOOD stuff that SA has been doing..

Anyways, that night at Changi Airport, I officially worked for more than 24 hours... only crawled into bed by 6am on Sat morning man! Dam tired lar....

But thank God for sustaining me, at least I still looked fresh when the passengers landed... no easy feat wor! After that, I totally like spent 2 days catching up on rest (well, I am no longer a night owl.)

My dear was totally sweet, he like watched a movie with me - MADE OF HONOUR on Vesak Day.. great way to unwind and I much prefer WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS as Ashton K was WAY ROCKING! I like both him and Justin Timberlake. Oh Yea!

Patrick Dempsey in MADE OF HONOUR looks dreamy but not as cool as the X-Men fella who starred as Wolverine.

Good Morning Singapore - This Day!

Peeps, I was on Ch8 GOOD MORNING SINGAPORE and my dear Daniel decided to nickname me - Ms Zao An Ni Hao.... *faints* You know what was the best part, it was that when I was gathering feedback (as I usually do everytime I appear on Telly so I can improve myself...) My Mum, Daniel and even my Boss said the SAME FIRST THING - "I saw your paper drop on the floor leh, why ar? Are you nervous?" I was like *sweat drops* -- "No I am not nervous, in fact I was at ease as the presenters were very friendly" BUT IT WAS A LIVE program so such minor hiccups can be SPOTTED - ARGH! Haiyo, I asked for constructive feedback but THEY ALL SAW the paper drop (Wah lau!) LOLz..... BUt it certainly was a great experience. Hopefully when I am on it the next time it will be a easier topic and happier light and I hope to improve my Mandarin with more practise. Once again - Thank God! Love, Ruthie

China EarthQuake

Its been a real field day for me today.... since 8am this morning till 5.30pm, I have been receiving calls to do phone interviews, radio interviews and TV news interviews, all over the China Earthquake, well, frankly.... before this, I thought the cyclone in Myanmar was really bad but this has to top the cake, two crisis within a week.... its depressing. I have 2 tour groups up in Chengdu (the city that got hit real BAD and started there) but thank God everyone is safe and sound! Tmr morning, I will be on Good Morning Singapore! Please pray for me.... *gasps*

Life has its antics.. Good, Bad or Simply Wicked! Is still nevertheless, vibrant and interesting!

Well, we all do need a dose of irritant to appreciate the awesome and fantastic people in our lives right?

That's the slutty-ness of humanity! We end up taking the good things or people for granted! Till the bad comes along to contrast it. Hmph!

So for now, Humans who are having their period or are PMS-ing, stay away from me please, unless you wanna deliver happy news that brings a smile to my face, stay away from me for a while....

I got my IPO project that is weighing me down..

I got a problematic Mother who is making this Mother's Day that much harder on me AND

I miss my best friend... who is away in faraway FRANCE for a good 1.5 years...

Oh yeah, not to mention, I don't feel like speaking YOUR love language for now... so either you cheer me up or please DO STAY AWAY!

I cannot be bothered to encourage as I need encouragement myself, I need to feel missed, feel loved and feel valued... maybe feel intelligent too.

My LIFE force has been sucked dry..... toxic people are all around me today.

BoZos who simply made life, a tad more complicated cos they over-think, over-drive and over-do stuff.... c'mon, why can't things be simple?

I feel like slapping the shit outta someone today and I hope it ain't gonna be U!

Cos I am cleaning people's shit for them in the office today and I do not babysit well....so gimme some space and time out.... till 9pm.

Frankly, I need ME time, time for maybe some good ol' pasta, soothing jazz music and great cool company.

OR maybe its cos I have not had breakfast.... its tough sometimes to ignore stuff and NOT do the right things as its in my DNA....
